It's been quite the busy week over at Wayne Center Elementary School. Since last Wednesday, the students have been on a roll, bringing in cereal boxes for their food drive collection. They will then generously donate the collection of boxes to the local food pantry in the community. The competition's heating up among the four Tiger Houses, each vying to outdo the other by March 20th to see who can bring in the most cereal boxes. The book fair is also in the building for the next few days, so students have been having a great time within the walls of Wayne Center.
A huge congratulations to our amazing teachers at Avilla Elementary School, North Side Elementary, Rome City Elementary, South Side Elementary, Wayne Center Elementary School, East Noble Middle School, and East Noble High School as they have been recognized as their year's 2024 East Noble School Corporation Teachers of the Year! Your time, dedication, and commitment has had a big impact on the students, fellow staff members and community. Your hard work in the corporation does not go unnoticed and you are very deserving of this honor!
Two students from East Noble School Corporation achieved success at the Northeastern Indiana Tri-State Regional Science Fair last Saturday. Logan Golden, representing East Noble High School, secured the 1st place in the Senior Division for Behavioral and Social Science. He will now advance to the Hoosier Science and Engineering Fair. Meanwhile, Nora Jarret, a 4th grader from Wayne Center Elementary School, earned 3rd place in her grade division. Congratulations to both students on their impressive accomplishments!

Starting today, March 18th, construction will resume in the vicinity of East Noble Middle School. An image has been provided to clearly illustrate the revised routes for both drop-off and pick-up at the school. Please refer to the attached image for detailed directions.
STATE BOUND!
East Noble High School Premiere Show Choir and Unified Bowling had their state walk around the high school this afternoon. Staff and students lined the halls to send them off! Congratulations to all of you for your hard work and dedication all season. Good luck at State!
East Noble High School this morning showcased an incredible performance combining band, choir, and drama for Avilla Elementary School, North Side Elementary, Rome City Elementary, South Side Elementary, Wayne Center Elementary School 5th graders and East Noble Middle School 8th graders. It was an inspiring display of the exciting activities they can be a part of in future years. The event offered a glimpse into what to expect, with insights from current students and teachers on joining these fantastic groups! If you, or someone you know has an incoming 6th grader at the Middle School next year, or an incoming 9th grader at the High School, consider joining these amazing classes when signing up!
She's on the move! Superintendent Dr. Gremaux next stop in the series landed her at Wayne Center Elementary School where she presented an award to Kimberly Scherer, a Wayne Center staff member, on her completion in the Science of Reading through Indiana Learning Lab.

Avilla Elementary School kicked off St. Patrick's Day festivities a bit early with a special treat! Thanks to the PTO's efforts, students enjoyed a lively morning filled with the unique sounds of bagpipe music and the company of two cheerful visitors.

East Noble High School Premiere Edition Show choir will be performing at State Finals at Franklin Central High School on Saturday at 12:15. This is Premiere Edition’s 19th trip to State Finals, and the 24th for East Noble Show Choirs. If you would like to see the girls perform their award-winning show, “the Sandman”- there will be a free performance in the Cole Auditorium at 5:30 on Wednesday night.

Surf's up with school breakfast! Students across all our elementary schools have been riding the wave of National School Breakfast Week! We want to set up our students for academic triumph by ensuring they start their day with a nutritious breakfast together! Today, Director of Food Service Roger Urick and the food service staff at South Side Elementary got their students prepared for the day with choices of fruits, banana pancakes, or a yogurt parfait! Immediately following breakfast at South Side, Roger was already on his way to the next elementary school preparing their breakfast for tomorrow! Thank you to all our food service staff members across all our schools, it is because of you all that our students are getting nutritious and healthy meals.

East Noble High School Show Choir put on a tremendous show last night at their Homecoming Concert! The performances by Premiere Edition and Knight Rhythms were amazing, and they truly brought the energy. They have a lot to be proud of, and we would like to thank everyone involved; parents, staff, and especially the Show Choir students for putting on such a great show. All your hard work, time and dedication during those long practice nights and early mornings are truly inspiring. We wish you well as you near your last competitions and have the chance to head to State Finals!
