Evolution Towards Employability
East Noble Academy offers a Locally Created Pathway (LCP) called Evolution Towards Employability, approved by the Indiana Department of Education. This pathway is designed for students who may be behind in credits and are seeking a more hands-on, workforce-focused route to graduation — without losing their East Noble High School identity.
Students in this pathway remain enrolled at ENHS and graduate with a Core 40 diploma. The LCP builds personal responsibility, confidence, communication, and readiness for what comes next — whether that’s a job, technical training, the military, or additional education.
